Job Overview

Position:

Signet Recruitment and Retention is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee our partnerships with ATV and Marine equipment dealers across various regions.

The primary focus of this position is to fulfill our established commercial goals for Power Products by effectively managing and inspiring our dealer network. Key performance indicators include unit sales, parts sales, customer satisfaction metrics, and the execution of diverse dealer support initiatives.

This role will involve significant travel within the designated regions, including potential overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives through tailored action plans developed with each dealership, while proactively addressing any risks to target attainment.
  • Provide accurate forecasts of monthly sales by dealer and model type.
  • Inspire and guide our franchised dealer personnel to deliver exceptional customer service and foster continuous improvement through targeted actions.
  • Enhance the visibility of the Signet brand within our multi-franchise network, ensuring it remains top-of-mind for dealer staff.
  • Implement our corporate identity strategy, ensuring all dealers adhere to the Signet branding guidelines.
  • Boost profitability for both Signet and our dealers by expanding the Honda Boat Builder Alliance network and assisting dealers in retailing boat packages.
  • Increase sales of ATV and Marine products in the region by supporting dealers in their marketing and sales strategies, providing coaching, training, and ensuring a well-rounded stock selection.
  • Drive the ongoing development of your territory by elevating existing dealer standards and onboarding new dealers to enhance regional sales.
  • Coordinate and support local promotions and events to elevate dealer visibility in the area.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the dealer network and Signet, fostering a collaborative and proactive partnership.
  • Manage your schedule independently to allocate sufficient time for administrative tasks, maintain an updated diary, and ensure regular dealer visits.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Highly motivated with a strong drive to consistently meet targets. The ideal candidate will be determined, resilient, and self-driven, with well-honed interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and fostering sales growth.
  • Able to engage and negotiate effectively at a senior dealer level.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the ATV and Marine markets.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Organized and capable of meeting deadlines and targets with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations.
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred:

  • Experience in implementing measurable improvement strategies, utilizing Total Quality Management (TQM) methodologies such as PDCA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring the provision of high-quality data to stakeholders.
