About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager to join our team at Allianz. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability within a given geographic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain commercially successful relationships with companies, major distributors, and potential and actual clients.
  • Provide training, sales support, and other similar services to group companies and brokers.
  • Work closely with relevant group companies and brokers to generate business from insurance brokers and other relevant insurance distributors.
  • Develop and maintain all necessary record keeping and head office reporting.
  • Travel to markets to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with relevant brokers in the sales region.
  • Have a solid understanding of back office administration functions.
