Job Title: Aerospace Sales Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing industry? We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Sales Manager to join our team at Reed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Evaluate and improve sales and marketing strategies to optimize results.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Provide on-the-ground support and coaching to sales associates to help them generate leads and close deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in sales, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
