We are excited to announce a permanent opportunity for a skilled HR Administrator to become part of our team. This position is focused on delivering exceptional HR services to a diverse employee base.

In this role, you will manage a wide range of HR administrative tasks, making prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with HR inquiries and administrative processes through our service portal.
  • Meeting personal objectives and targets while supporting various People Team initiatives.
  • Conducting key activities such as vetting, preparing employment contracts, and assisting with payroll functions.

Proficiency in HR Information Systems is crucial, as you will be tasked with maintaining accurate employee records to ensure proper payroll processing and data integrity.

While the role can be demanding, the ideal candidate will excel in a busy team atmosphere. You should be comfortable navigating HR systems and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

As our organization continues to grow and evolve, you will have the opportunity to support various People functions, including change management processes and cyclical HR activities.

Key Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 certification is essential.
  • A higher educational qualification is preferred.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while supporting colleagues in a collaborative team setting.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer service is essential. You should also be numerate and confident in using Excel.
