Pure Resourcing Solutions is pleased to be working with a fast-growing company based in the UK who are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to quickly pick up systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurately updating purchase order records to confirm timely receipt of goods or services
- Data Entry and Management
- Providing support to subcontractors and suppliers in the correct use of processes and systems
- General administrative duties, including office management and organization
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong administrative background with experience in data entry and management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to operate specialist software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Good analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
- Must be able to drive due to location
Working Environment:
