Contract Support Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Support Coordinator to join our finance department at our Upminster site. As a Contract Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of 10 colleagues, ensuring the smooth operation of our finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data validation, system updates, and receipt processing.
  • Assist with the preparation of purchase orders, supplier orders, and estimates.
  • Liaise with colleagues and clients to resolve queries and issues.
  • Work at pace with speed and accuracy, handling large volumes of information.
  • Utilize Excel skills to create, amend, and format spreadsheets as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience gained within a call centre or administrative environment.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced transactional environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident and assertive communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to create complex formulas.
