Operations Contract Support Specialist

Are you a skilled problem-solver with experience in a high-paced transactional environment?
We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our finance department at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling large volumes of information, validating data, and updating systems records.
Key responsibilities include:
- Raising Purchase Orders and placing supplier orders
- Creating estimates and liaising with colleagues and clients
- Handling complex queries and working at pace with speed and accuracy
- Using Excel to create, amend, and format formulas as required
As a Contract Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including directors, and will be confident and assertive in your communication.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,620 per annum, up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, and a range of benefits including a group personal pension scheme, life assurance, and access to state-of-the-art training academy.
