We are seeking a Contract Coordinator to join our finance department at Arcus Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing tasks within set deadlines and working closely with colleagues and clients.

Your attention to detail and ability to retain information at pace will be essential in this role. You will handle large volumes of information, validating data and updating systems records, receipts, or shipping of products on work orders.

You will also be responsible for resolving complex queries and working at pace with speed and accuracy. Proficiency in Excel and the ability to create, amend, and format formulas will be required.

As a Contract Coordinator, you will have exposure to senior levels of the company and will be confident and assertive in your communication.
