Contract Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Coordinator to join our finance department at our Upminster site. As a Contract Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the team in managing contracts, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contracts from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, including data validation and system updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a call centre or administrative role, with a focus on transactional environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to create, amend, and format spreadsheets as required.
