About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at P & J Moore Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make appointment calls to existing and new clients who have requested contact, working on pre-specified claims campaigns through the use of a CRM.
  • Identify current and potential members' needs, provide claim products that fully meet our customers' expectations.
  • Handle customers confidently in a non-advisory capacity, providing outcomes that are within the interest of both the customer and the business.
  • Work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives.
  • Support management in the successful day-to-day running and the development of the department.
  • Manage your own time, act with integrity, due care, skill, and diligence.
  • Be productive and resourceful in your approach and be the best version of yourself possible.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or account management.
  • Claims/legal experience advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • A strong drive to grow, succeed, and achieve.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your time efficiently.
  • Ability to input data using multiple systems efficiently and accurately.
  • Experience with a CRM beneficial.
