Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Actively source and engage potential buyers, schedule and conduct property viewings, and promote the development through various channels.
  • Offer Management: Manage the offer process, reservation fees, and sales progression.
  • Client Relationships: Collaborate with the New Homes Director on client meetings, feedback, and sales strategies.
  • Cross-Selling: Cross-sell additional services within the company, including mortgage services and valuation referrals, with opportunities for bonuses.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in outbound telephone sales, driving appointments and closing deals.
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in property sales, particularly within new homes developments.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
