Boutique Manager

At Jo Malone London, we are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Boutique Manager to lead our team of Sales Advisors and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Create and execute a business plan to drive sales and customer growth
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and loyalty
• Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
• Host in-store events and services, such as fragrance workshops and consultations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
• Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry
• Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
• Experience hosting in-store events and services
• Flexible availability across days and hours
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
