Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jellycat. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales in the independent retailers within the South East region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and market share in the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective brand representation and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure sales targets are met.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the luxury retail market and industry trends.
