Regional Sales Manager - South East

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our luxury retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the South East region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury retail partners, including key account management and sales support
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective brand representation and visual merchandising in-store
  • Provide in-store training and product knowledge to retail partners and their staff
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and forecasts
  • Present quarterly regional updates to the line manager and Head of UK Sales

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably in a luxury brand environment
  • Strong commercial skills and understanding of the DNA of our brand
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and positive attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
