Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the South East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our luxury retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business in the South East region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury retail partners, including key account management and sales support.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure effective brand representation and visual merchandising in-store.
- Provide in-store training and product knowledge to retail partners to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans and forecasts.
- Present quarterly regional updates to the line manager and Head of UK Sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales management, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
- Strong commercial skills and understanding of the DNA of our brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
