About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Manager to join our team at Lelo in the UK market. As a key member of our award-winning team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, increase market share, and attract potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing goals and strategies to achieve business objectives, including adapting global campaigns to the specificities of the local market.
  • Brand Management: Manage brand image across all communication channels, liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies, scouting for potential new agencies, and managing relationships with influencers and media partners.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities, and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Budgeting and Project Management: Determine and monitor budgets and targets, evaluate advertising/communication proposals, and manage paid content placements process from proposals to content approval.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide expert market insight to the global team, regularly report to the global team on market activities, plans, performance, results, and potential issues.
Requirements
  • Experience: Five years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in understanding traditional and emerging communication channels, and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding and passion of marketing, positioning, branding, communication, and PR context and activities.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Creativity to originate smart, impactful story ideas, and innovative thinking to find new, unexpected ways to tell the story of the brands/products organically.
  • Teamwork and Analytical Skills: Ability to work with people from different countries and cultures, share knowledge, and foster open communication, and using various analytics platforms to measure effectiveness and plan new strategies.
