About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Account Development Executive to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to maximize revenue growth and expand our client base.
  2. Client Onboarding and Management: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  3. Sales Enablement and Support: Develop and deliver sales enablement content to support our sales team in driving revenue growth.
  4. Internal Collaboration and Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Business Development, Account Management, and Product teams.
  5. Process Improvement and Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  1. Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven experience in the digital marketing landscape, with a strong understanding of marketing technology and personalization.
  2. Commercial Acumen and Technical Knowledge: Strong commercial acumen paired with technical knowledge of digital marketing solutions.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  4. Passion for Digital Media and Marketing Technology: A passion for digital media, personalization, and marketing technology, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
