Job Summary

The Global Client Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the go-to-market strategy and virtual team for a major customer in the UK & Ireland. This position requires effective global sales coordination and leadership to achieve strategic, financial, and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize revenue growth by leveraging NetApp's hybrid cloud and cloud-native portfolio.
  • Develop innovative strategies to gain a competitive advantage by understanding long-term market needs and customer pain points.
  • Lead sales operations to achieve superior performance, including improved margins and go-to-market processes.
  • Execute profitable sales strategies to expand revenue and build trust-based relationships with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate effectively with strategic partners to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing account teams and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to exceed goals and identify new customer opportunities through strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of how technology solutions address business challenges and drive revenue growth.
  • Familiarity with evolving IT infrastructure, including public cloud, private cloud, and hybrid architectures.
  • Successful sales track record in the enterprise technology sector, with a focus on cloud and hybrid solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global sales strategies for strategic customer segments.
  • Effective communication skills with a passion for inspiring teams and driving business results.

Education and Experience

  • Degree in technical or business curriculum or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs.
  • Previous experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or Cloud, with a focus on cloud and hybrid solutions.
