Role Responsibilities

The primary focus of the Senior Project Coordinator is to ensure the successful management of intricate specialist structure projects from inception to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting site surveys and multi-disciplinary visits to facilitate tender preparation and assess site conditions.
  • Defining project objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Facilitating seamless handovers from the sales team to establish a foundation for project success.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards throughout all operational phases, including overseeing the construction phase health and safety plan.
  • Creating comprehensive project plans, monitoring progress, and driving projects towards timely completion.
  • Directing all aspects of site operations, including site investigations, civil works, traffic management, and coordination of installation teams.
  • Managing subcontractors and third-party vendors effectively.
  • Engaging with all project stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and communication.
  • Overseeing project budgets to guarantee that all contractual costs are accounted for and that projects are executed safely within financial parameters.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home as required across the UK.
