Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Development Officer to support the Project Manager in setting up and delivering the Workforce for the Future Portfolio, skills intelligence project lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sector skills intelligence and data that is tailored to the Highland region.
  • Develop and present sector skills intelligence and data in a clear and accessible manner for various stakeholders, including pupils, parents, teachers, and other community members.
  • Review local sector skills provision and identify opportunities for new work-based learning pathways.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as project management or skills development.
  • No more than 2 years of experience since graduation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
