Graduate Architect

Global Energy Group is seeking a talented Graduate Architect to join one of our esteemed architectural partners in Scotland.

This well-established firm, founded in 1925, boasts three offices strategically located in Tillicoultry, Oban, and Inverness. They offer a comprehensive range of architectural services across diverse sectors, including residential, commercial, social housing, leisure, retail, and medical facilities.

As a Graduate Architect, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the design and execution of exciting projects within their offices.

• Architectural Design:
  • Develop innovative design solutions through sketching and manual drafting.
  • Utilize industry-standard CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed drawings.
  • Produce compelling 3D images and renderings to visualize project concepts.
  • Prepare professional documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
  • Actively participate in design discussions and contribute your creative ideas.
  • Conduct thorough research on products and materials to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for drawings and correspondence.
• General Office Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

• A Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Practice (RIBA Part 3).
• Registration with the Architect's Registration Board (ARB).
• Prior experience in developer/affordable residential development is highly desirable.
