About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences, working closely with our back-of-house team to ensure well-balanced and nutritious options.
  • Manage the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate catering staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
  • Financially astute, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to create and maintain budgets.
  • Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and lead a team to deliver exceptional results.
