About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Gascoigne-Pees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize the overall income and profitability of our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiate tenancies to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth and success
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Full UK driving license to travel to properties and meetings
