Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Specialist to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees, a well-established estate agency in the UK. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
