Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Gascoigne-Pees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to achieve maximum income and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings, or sales negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving license
