About the Role

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to meet sales targets

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
