As a key member of our residential lettings team, you'll play a vital role in generating new business, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Negotiator, your primary focus will be on:

  • Generating and booking valuations to identify new business opportunities
  • Conducting property viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Negotiating agreements to secure lets and progress them through to exchange and completion
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferably, experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, to support your daily commute
