We're seeking a highly skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Gascoigne-Pees, a leading estate agency in Horsham. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you'll play a vital role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating agreements, and progressing lets through to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and book valuations to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential clients
  • Negotiate agreements to secure lettings and progress deals through to exchange and completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to drive business growth and success
Requirements
  • Preferably an experienced sales professional with a track record of success in a target-driven environment
  • Able to generate new business and drive sales growth in a competitive market
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, to support your daily commute and business needs
