About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees in Horsham. As a key member of our residential Lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize the overall income and profitability of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to secure new business opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to achieve maximum income and profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive sales and lettings performance
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales and lettings targets
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations
