About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our administration team as a Ward Administrator. As part of our team, you will provide administrative support to the ward team and ward manager to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative services to patients and colleagues, communicating effectively with a range of people, either in person or on the telephone.
- Manage and maintain an efficient administrative system, ensuring your workload is managed and prioritized appropriately.
- Ensure that all patient information is kept confidential, and that patient medical records are kept locked up at all times.
Requirements
- A sincere desire to be part of a team that takes great pride in helping patients.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages (Word/Excel).
- Excellent communication skills (written and phone).
- Ability to prioritize and work on own initiative.
