Ward Hazardous Waste team are looking to recruit a strong administrator to support the department. You will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks, whilst creating and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the team with incoming calls, routing drivers and general admin duties
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and providers
- Intercept, sign and complete incoming and outgoing paperwork
- Complete Environment Agency quarterly returns
- Maintain invoicing records and support account queries
- Intercept and resolve issues which arise promptly and constructively

**Skills and Knowledge Required**:

- Waste Industry knowledge or experience is required (minimum of 2 years)
- Environmental knowledge would be advantageous
- Administration experience within a busy and fast paced department is essential
- Good IT skills
- An awareness of logistics
- Professional telephone manner, excellent customer services and communication skills are essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£27,400.00 per year
