**Job Summary**

Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Practitioner to join our Family Services Team in Birmingham. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic psychosocial, bereavement, and end-of-life support to families in need.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide ongoing support to families at home, hospice, or other appropriate environments.
  • Maintain professional development and registration.
  • Champion the needs of children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in family-centred social care or nursing in the community.
  • Up-to-date child protection knowledge and good assessment skills.
  • Emotional resilience to support families going through loss and bereavement.
  • Ability to travel independently across the region and flexibility with hours.
