About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Woking, a private mental health hospital providing a range of secure services for men and women.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to implement treatment plans and therapies for service users.
  • Provide support and assistance to qualified nurses in delivering high-quality care.
  • Conduct safe observations of patients, sometimes on a 1:1 basis or with other staff, to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for service users and staff.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Resilience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
