Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients and their employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure a seamless experience.
- Implement and maintain car park operations to meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular checks of the car parks to identify and address any issues.
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Report and record any health and safety hazards to the Supervisor.
- 5-year checkable history
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable means of transport to site
- Professional attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal communication skills
