Job Summary

The Park Manager will be responsible for leading and inspiring a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the leisure industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Business Development and Growth
    • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
    • Develop and maintain key partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Experience and Operations
    • Ensure that the park operates in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the park's budget and financial performance, with a focus on improving profitability and reducing costs.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve cash flow.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure that the park operates in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Identify and mitigate risks to the business, with a focus on ensuring the safety and well-being of customers and employees.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the leisure industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks to the business.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
