About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Manager to lead our team at CPI Selection's family leisure park in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and ensuring the park operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and uphold the company's core values.
- Manage and develop the management team, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with H&S and F&B regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve park performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement.
- Build local brand partnerships, drive business development, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with other Park Managers and teams to achieve business objectives and develop personal skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of leading large teams, managing profit and loss, and driving financial performance.
- Strong financial and KPI management skills, with experience in business development, sales, and outreach.
- Excellent customer service and engagement skills, with a background in hospitality, leisure, or events.
- Proficient with technology and Microsoft applications, with a strong understanding of industry H&S standards and compliance.
