Parks Director

As a Park Manager at CPI Selection, you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our family leisure park in North Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the business, overseeing profit and loss, and using financial insight and customer feedback to drive revenue growth.
- Coach and develop the management team to enhance the customer experience for every visitor.
- Act as a brand ambassador, seizing business development opportunities and forming key partnerships to elevate the park's success.
- Build a culture that embodies creativity, boldness, and curiosity.
- Manage costs, improve park performance, and drive business development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in strategic leadership roles.
- Profit and loss management experience.
- Strong financial and KPI management skills.
- Proven track record in leading large teams.
- Knowledge of workplace welfare and EDI practices.
- Excellent customer service and engagement.
- Familiarity with industry H&S standards and compliance.
- Experience in business development, sales, and outreach.
- Successful event planning and execution.
- Background in hospitality, leisure, or events.
- Proficient with technology and Microsoft applications.
What We Offer:
