Job Summary:
CPI Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Director to lead and inspire our team at our family leisure park in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer experiences, and upholding the highest standards of park operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve park performance.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high standards in park operations.
- Manage and develop the management team, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders to drive business development and growth.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the park and its events.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of events and activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer experiences.
- Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss management and KPI analysis.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
- Experience in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
