Park Manager Job Description

About the Role:

CPI Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Manager to lead our team and drive the success of our family leisure park in North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a motivated team to uphold the core values of pride, passion, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and develop the management team, driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with H&S and F&B regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences, manage costs, and improve park performance through effective planning and execution.
  • Build local brand partnerships, drive business development, and manage KPIs to ensure events are well-advertised and successful.
  • Collaborate with other Park Managers and teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in strategic leadership roles with profit and loss management experience.
  • Strong financial and KPI management skills, with a proven track record in leading large teams.
  • Knowledge of workplace welfare and EDI practices, excellent customer service and engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with industry H&S standards and compliance, experience in business development, sales, and outreach.
  • Successful event planning and execution, background in hospitality, leisure, or events.
  • Proficient with technology and Microsoft applications, service-led industry experience (e.g., adventure parks, family leisure).
