We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Ecommerce Trading Manager to join our team at Blu Digital, an online retailer with huge plans for growth.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for understanding and optimizing our existing customer acquisition funnel, working closely with the wider marketing team to measure new customer acquisition strategies.

You will analyze website performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve on-site conversion value rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), and customer relationship management (CRM) performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trading the website to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Working with the marketing team to develop and implement new customer acquisition strategies
  • Analyzing website performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Improving on-site CVR, AOV, and CRM performance
  • Collaborating with the wider marketing team to measure and optimize marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Experience with Shopify and e-commerce platforms
