**The Role - Personal Assistant**

This role involves working closely with the senior leadership team to get things done, from planning to arranging meetings, no two days will be the same for this role as its all about getting things over the line.

We’re looking for next-level talent with grit and determination to join us on our journey to becoming No 1 in our sector. So, if you already have experience of developing sales in the mobile phone industry then we want to hear from you.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and people management skills
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet and other productivity software tools
- Discretion and tact
