About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Care and Clinical Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of high-quality care services that meet the needs of our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to our care teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
- Work closely with our management team to develop and implement business strategies that meet the needs of our service users.
- Lead on quality assurance and improvement initiatives to ensure that our care services meet the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, social services, and other relevant agencies.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to our care teams to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our business plan and budget.
- Lead on projects and initiatives that improve the quality and effectiveness of our care services.
Requirements
- Relevant and significant experience working in a care or clinical leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing high-quality care services that meet the needs of service users.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in care services.
