About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned conversion leader to lead the experimentation strategy across 3-5 advanced client accounts. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our experts to develop and execute a strategy that drives business growth through experimentation and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading exceptional experimentation strategies for our biggest and most advanced clients.
  • Managing a testing roadmap to help deliver long-term results and maturation of client testing capabilities.
  • Identifying problems with client website conversion rates through quant and qual research.
  • Creating test concepts to address identified issues and driving the testing strategy.
  • Analyzing and evaluating experiments, reporting on results, and devising iterations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with our Director of Product & Strategy to develop our approach to experimentation, including AB testing, personalisation, and new opportunities.
  • Accountability for client success, measured via average win rate and NPS.
  • Supporting and mentoring our trainee and associate consultants as they shadow and support you on client accounts.
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, sharing strategy internally and with clients, and providing feedback to peers.
  • Working with our Sales and Marketing team to support new business meetings and pitch teams.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Thought leadership: inspiring and motivating our consultancy team to deliver exceptional work for our clients, sharing knowledge, and assisting with training.
  • Thought leadership: establishing Conversion as a leader in the market for experimentation, working with our Head of Experimentation and New Business and Marketing director.
  • Delivery of our in-house consultant training programme: responsible for delivering key sections, reviewing and giving feedback on tasks and projects, and assessing performance of Trainees against key metrics.
  • Sales & Marketing: working with our Sales and Marketing team to develop content for marketing efforts and deliver quant and qual research for new business opportunities.
