- Lead a commerce strategy team for named clients, managing both direct and matrix relationships.

- Advise clients on digital shelf eContent, analytics, retail media, and business capabilities.
- Upskill the business on key topics and emerging trends.
- Identify gaps in our offerings and collaborate to build new solutions.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative team culture.
- Monitor client competitors and share insights.
- Manage client projects from concept to review, including case studies and results sharing.
- Support broader Publicis Commerce and Media initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable leadership experience, with coaching and mentoring skills.
- Methodical, well-organised, and adaptable, with strong relationship-building abilities.
- Deep understanding of the Commerce landscape and subject matter expertise in key areas.
- Experience in business planning, product portfolio management, and data insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
