About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team at Redefined Ltd. As a key member of our EMEA licensing team, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of our unscripted format catalogue in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Market Expertise
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of the market trends, existing and potential customers, and competitors' activity in assigned territories.
  • Licensing Strategy
    • Collaborate with your Manager to set and adjust the unscripted formats licensing strategy in the territory, identifying new partnerships and business opportunities to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our formats and negotiating deal terms that maximize return and profitability.
  • Deal Management
    • Project-manage existing format licensing deals, including renewals, upselling, B&L, and digital opportunities, ensuring timely and efficient contract monitoring, tracking payments, and providing clients with additional sales and promotional materials.
  • Business Development
    • Develop new approaches to grow business in assigned territories, creatively seeking additional opportunities such as licensing of back catalogue formats, utilization of format hubs, and other innovative strategies.
  • Negotiation and Liaison
    • Negotiate deal terms that maximize return and profitability to Redefined Ltd, liaising with finished programming sales colleagues in assigned territories to ensure maximum returns.
  • Market Intelligence
    • Provide and present market context and sales tracking information to Management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal, financial, production support, and marketing/strategy teams, to ensure seamless sales process execution.
  • Travel and Professional Development
    • Travel to visit key clients and attend international markets, staying up-to-date with global market trends, new technologies, and industry developments.
Requirements
  • International TV Sales Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in international TV sales, preferably with responsibility for format sales, with a proven track record of success in new business development.
  • Pitch and Deal-Making Skills
    • Strong pitch and deal-making skills, with the ability to negotiate deal terms that maximize return and profitability.
  • Relationship Building
    • Able to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both inside and outside the organization, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Result-Oriented and Ambitious
    • Result-oriented and ambitious, with a strong focus on achieving sales, revenue, and profit targets.
