Formats Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Formats Executive to join our EMEA Sales team, focusing on key territories within the Nordics and Southern Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving format sales across these regions, working closely with dedicated sales co-ordinators to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Licensing & Support: License format titles within your regions and provide ongoing support to licensees.
  • Client Engagement: Pitch formats to key buyers, both independently and alongside VPs, maintaining and building client relationships.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with VPs to set and execute annual sales targets, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Market Insights: Attend trade markets, report on regional trends, and conduct occasional sales trips.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate commercial terms, oversee contract execution, and ensure accurate deal tracking.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Ensure a seamless sales process by coordinating with various internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in format licensing and content sales.
  • Proven negotiation skills within a commercial environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and a self-starter mentality.
  • Understanding of TV production trends, with knowledge of multiple territories being a plus.
  • Proficiency in a second language is advantageous but not essential.
