Clinical Engineer Associate Practitioner Medical Physics

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Engineer Associate Practitioner Medical Physics to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Equipment Management service, you will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle of medical equipment, ensuring its safe and effective use in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the service, repair, and fault-finding of electronic and electrical systems
- Commission, calibrate, and performance assure medical equipment
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment meets clinical needs
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Engineering or Technology knowledge to SCQF Level 8
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, and general engineering principles
- Experience in the service, repair, and fault-finding of electronic or electrical systems
- Good organisational and communication skills

You will work 33 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and a 30-minute lunch break on Wednesday.
