Support Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide support to individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication, and personal care.
- Support individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.
- Help individuals to explore new hobbies and interests.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide 24/7 support.
- Full UK, manual driving licence.
- Empathetic and caring nature.
- Good observation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in using computers.
- Generous annual leave.

- Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
