About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner in Greenock. As a Support Practitioner, you will provide support to individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication, and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and assist individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.
  • Take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the individuals we support.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide 24/7 support tailored to the needs of each individual.

Requirements

  • An empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Good organisational skills.
