About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and creative individual to join our team as a Bank Support Practitioner. As a Bank Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring continued high-quality, person-centred care and support during times of annual leave, training, or sickness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
  • Assist with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, medication, going to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, support with moving and handling, and personal care.
  • Provide emotional support and assist individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.
  • Take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the people we support and enable them to explore new ones.
Requirements
  • An empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Good organisational skills.
